Welcome to Threadseeker! (referred to hereafter as "the Website," "we," "our services," or "the Platform"). This website is developed, maintained, and operated by cjs.shawn. Threadseeker is a third-party service and is not affiliated with Threads.net.

This service provides insights into the usage data of Threads accounts (all references to Threads herein refer to services provided by Threads.net). It allows you to analyze the performance and influence of your content on Threads and adjust your strategy based on data-driven insights.

Please read these Terms carefully as they contain important information about the services we offer, changes to these Terms, automatic renewals, limitations of liability, waiver of class-action rights, and resolution of disputes through arbitration rather than in court.

By using or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use or access our services in any manner.

General Information

  • These Terms ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you (whether an individual, company, or organization, referred to as "you" or "the User") and us.   • We do not and cannot access your Threads account password. The service only accesses public data from Threads accounts through our backend system.
  • This service exclusively provides analytics for your Threads account and does not perform any operations on your account. We do not analyze non-public data from Threads accounts.
  • Threadseeker is not affiliated with Facebook Inc., Instagram Inc., or Threads.net.

    • User Responsibilities

    You are solely responsible for your actions while using the service. If you act on behalf of a company, corporation, or organization, you and the entity you represent are jointly and severally responsible for any infringement on the rights of the service or third parties.

    Your actions must comply with our usage guidelines. The content within this service is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or third parties. Without explicit authorization, you may not copy, upload, download, transmit, use, or share such content.

    You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access our service and must update your account information as needed. Do not share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

    We reserve the right to review your conduct and content to ensure compliance with these Terms and our usage guidelines. While we have the right to do so, we are not obligated to monitor user content or activity. We disclaim liability for user-generated content or data shared through the service.

    Your actions must not violate the policies and terms of Instagram Inc. or Facebook Inc.
